    The breakfast was something else, elegant service with an array of high-quality local meats and cheeses every morning.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but I'd say it was acceptable for the quality.

    Comfortable bed helped with restful nights.

    I was really disappointed with some of the front desk staff. While they were polite, the lack of effective communication led to frustration. We needed assistance with restaurant bookings and were met with confusion instead of clarity. It reminded me of we had to navigate everything on our own, not the level of service expected at this hotel.

    You guys made my stay ENJOYABLE. This was a luxury trendy boutique hotel in a perfect and best possible location. My room was elegant and spotless with big soft bed. Really nice restaurant provided Austrian dishes.

    The site of the Ring is excellent. Near the pedestrian street and the opera house.The room - special- was big, agreeable, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, the WC is separated which is a very good idea for 2 people staying in one room. I appreciated the nespresso machine ! The desk clerks are really helpful and always smiling. The restaurant is excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna
